Terms of Service

Please read this page before ordering a commission from me.

Failure to follow and listen to these terms may result in a refund of your commission, and blacklist
from further commissions from me.
All sales are final!

Clients agree to the following:
I hold the right to refuse, decline, and refund any work I feel uncomfortable doing. I hold the right to refund the client without notice if I don't feel comfortable working with the client. I hold the right to publicly post any work I make, unless stated otherwise beforehand by the client. The client may request a Work in Progress at any time during the process of the commission. NOTE: Constantly bugging me about updates (asking daily/hourly) is annoying and may lead to a refund of your commission.
The client can post the commissioned artwork anywhere they'd like without credit, but credit is nice as it helps people find me.The client may not commission another artist to edit art work commissioned from me*
*Please message me if you'd like an edit done to a piece of art commissioned from me, if I can't do the requested edit, I will allow you to commission another artist to edit the original commission.

I retain full rights to non-commercial commissioned work.
This means I am allowed to showcase any privately commissioned piece and post it online, include it in my portfolio, and offer prints of said commission. With that being said, I am not obligated to post your commission anywhere. Commissioned art that you receive from me is for your own personal use only. You are free to upload the watermarked, and unedited version of the art anywhere, but you may not profit off of the work in any way, or use it for advertising purposes. With that being said, that does not mean I own the rights to your characters or assets. By commissioning me to draw/make art of it for you, I am being granted a temporary license. You still retain full rights over your characters and assets used, and I am not permitted to use it beyond the work commissioned. If you require full commercial rights, there is a flat fee of $25 per commissioned piece.

Payments and Refunds

Any and All Payments are payed via Paypal. No exceptions. Client is to pay upfront before any work has been started, unless discussed beforehand. Payment plans are available for commissions that exceed $100Commissions will NOT be started until full payment is received.
Refunds are only given if I deem myself unable to finish the commissioned art. Depending on the situation, the client is responsible for their own spending habits and a refund will not be issued in most cases due to lack of money after purchasing a commission. All sales are final unless stated otherwise.*If a payment plan was agreed upon, commissions will be started once the client pays the first half

Commission WIPs and Edits.
WIPs are offered on all workEdits to the final product such as missing markings are OK.Large edits (changing the line-art, redrawing parts, etc) may result in a fee. (+$5 or more)Please make sure you are 100% satisfied with the sketch before moving on.If you request an edit past the sketch phase, and it wasn't included in prior conversations, or the reference sheet given, I will not add them to the commission. Please provide an up-to-date reference sheet when commissioning! If you do not have an up-to-date one, please include as MUCH detail as possible for what has changed.
Other notes.
References are preferred, putting words into images for me isn't easy. Please do not use fursuit images as a reference. Art is normally cleared from my computer every 30 days. Please make sure you save your work. Deadlines are allowed, but have a $5 fee. A sellers option is available (for printing with intent to sell/selling/adopts) it is a $25 fee for one item, $50 fee for 4 items. I do have the right to use a commissioned work as an example unless the client requested to keep it private, if requested to be kept private, there will be a $25.
